Absolutely the best sushi in Southern California!

If my kids love it , I love it too.. Same great service, same great food.. always a big plus! Add a green tea ice cream to finish up.. priceless! Parking: I haven't had a problem with parking. Kid-friendliness: There's always been kids when I go. Wheelchair accessibility: Its not difficult to get in & out of the restaurant. No stairs im aware of. Bathroom is clean and easy access.

This is a no-frills neighborhood Japanese restaurant that feels like home to me. I have been going here since the early 90s and have always enjoyed eating here. Although not the best sushi but they're always fresh and still good. Food is also reasonably priced, especially the combo in the original menu. Hot tea and miso soup are free which is amazing when all other places charge for those. I also like their new menu but I usually order my favorite combos in the original menu. Service is great and owner and staff are very nice. Parking space is free and for lunch as least, pretty spacious.

Staff was very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. Lunch specials on weekends is a great bargain during these times. You hardly get that kind of a deal. Most importantly my kids enjoyed the food.

This place has been in business for decades. I visited a few days ago after not being there for many years. It seemed the same. If you can, be seated in the area to the left of the entrance. It's a nicer atmosphere in there rather than straight ahead of the entrance. Their decor gives it a very nice ambience. I love the miso soup and the vegetable tempura, but the salmon really isn't the best. I recommend ordering something else. I ordered the chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce to go for someone else. He offered me a bite and it was good. My waitress was very nice and personable. Parking: Parking is free and right outside of the entrance, don't know how many spaces. There are nearby lots that I think you could probably use, if needed. Wheelchair accessibility: I just remember that there's a ramp that you walk down to enter the restaurant. So that would be great for those in a wheelchair.

I don’t know how this is the most slept on sushi/japanese spot in this area. Excellent sashimi, sushi, tonkatsu, tempura, and poke bowls. My family and I sampled a little bit of everything and it was mind blowing compared to other sushi restaurants in the area. Fish did not have any type of “fishy smell”. Bigger portions than what you would expect. Waitstaff were attentive and very very nice. Definitely would be coming back. I honestly didn’t want to write this review because I wanted to keep this spot to myself, but the world needs to know. Parking: Covered parking as well!

I have been dining here for many many years and I have never been disappointed. Yohan and staff are always prompt in taking your order and they are warm and friendly. The wait after the order is taken is very minimal and the food is always fresh and delicious.

I drove past this place for a decade and never went in. Mistake! My wife and I brought our 13 year old picky eater and he loved it! We got "The Boat for two" and a couple of appetizers and it was nice 👍 The Boat is basically a sampler platter with a little of everything except the sushi. Lots of fun Kid-friendliness: Kids love the teriyaki and atmosphere 😁

A great place to eat with friends, family, a date , and food is always fresh and has great flavor 😋, take out, or dine in , friendly staff. Just ignore the fishbowl 😅
